International TTN CMR 6 numbered sheets

An international waybill is a form made on carbonless paper, a set of nine sheets that have the same information, but differ in color. 1 sheet - blue, 2 sheet - green, 3 sheet - pink, others - black. Punched numbering in the upper right corner, duplicated on all sheets. The client fills out 1 sheet and all information is duplicated in the set. Bar code on the back of the kit.
